IT IS POSSIBLE TO MAKE A RETURN
If we create a personalized or tailor-made shoe for you we cannot accept returns. Make sure you take measurements well and that all the details are perfect as you want them
However, when taking measurements, consider a margin of error on our part beyond the allowed limit + or - 3 millimetres
When is the return ACCEPTED?
1 - In case of purchase of shoes WITHOUT CUSTOMIZATION of:
- Measure
- Color
- Plateau
- Rubber soles
2- In case of error it is on our part:
- We have not added the requested details
- Sending wrong number
- Sending incorrect model
When are returns NOT accepted?
1 - In case of at least one Customization of:
- Measure
- Color
- Plateau
- Rubber soles
Who pays the shipping costs?
The shipping cost for the return is borne by the Buyer in the event that the error does not depend on us
The shipping cost for the return is OUR responsibility in the event that WE make an error, such as:
- Color - Example: A black model is ordered and we ship it in white
- Adding or not adding customization - Example: The Plateau is requested and we ship a shoe without a platform
How long does it take to send the shoes back?
We will accept the return within a maximum of 7 days from the moment we receive the package.
Starting from the delivery date, you will have 7 days to send the package back, the shipping receipt or tracking code that you can send us via all available contact methods will be valid: Email, Customer Service, Social or Whatsapp
Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer
Return, Exchange or Refund
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed after your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Is it possible to make a change?
Once the order is completed it is not possible to make changes or model changes.
You can still make a return and send the same model back into production
Where possible, we try to accommodate every request
However, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service, at the bottom of the page you will find the "Contacts" button and then fill out the form providing as much detail as possible, we will respond within 24 hours
When is it possible to make a return?
- in the event that the product shows obvious signs of wear, stitching or various damages
- in the case of shoes made with different dimensions than those indicated during the purchase (margin of error + or - 3 millimetres)
- Within 7 days of delivery
Partial or Full Refund
In the event that you do not receive the item within the 30 days established at the time of purchase, contact us, we will offer you:
- Partial refund of the item
- Immediate order cancellation and full refund
- Discount coupon for your next order
Made
Once we have received your package back and inspected it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you in the event of approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited automatically via the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 3-5 working days

Exchange
Once the order is completed it is not possible to make changes or model changes.
You have the possibility to make a return and request a re-production of the same model
