HOW DOES IT WORK?

The made-to-measure shoes, being handmade, will have a margin of error of 0.3 cm in excess or in excess.

When is the return accepted?

Since they are tailor-made shoes, it is not possible to accept returns as the shoe will become unique and personalized.

However, we will accept the return if there is a margin of error beyond the permitted limit + or - 3 millimeters

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Approximately 10-15 days of work are needed to create the shoes, then the shoes will be shipped via express courier and will be delivered within 2-3 days.

Where do the products come from?

We source directly from the manufacturers, all items are made to order, which is why each product can be completely customized or made to measure.

Once it arrives at our headquarters, the product is checked, tested and then shipped to the customer.

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Since these shoes are made to measure, it is not possible to use the cash on delivery service

    What should I do if my item was shipped to the wrong address?

    You can change the shipping address until your order is marked as "fulfilled".

    Once the order has been shipped it is no longer possible to change the address

    We recommend that you contact your post office with your shipping tracking number to see if it is possible to divert your order to another address.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    When to ask for a refund?

    The shoes will be made by hand therefore there is a possible margin of error of 0.3 cm in excess or defect

    In the event that these margins are not respected, you can send everything back and ask for a refund.

    Once we have received the package we will compare the actual dimensions of the shoe with those indicated during the purchase and if they do not match we will refund you immediately

    The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer

    What if I don't receive the package within 30 days?

    If you do not receive your shoes within the terms established during the purchase, contact us, we will immediately issue a full refund of your order

    How do I return a product?

    To return an item, contact our Customer Service, at the bottom of the page you will find the "Contacts" button and then fill out the form specifying the details of your purchase as much as possible, we will respond within 24 hours

    We remind you that at the moment the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    In case of cash on delivery payment, you will be reimbursed on the cost of the product, excluding cash on delivery management costs.

    Can I change an item?

    How can I cancel my order?

    Where is my refund?

    I canceled an order. How will I receive the refund?

    What is a promotional code (Gift Card)? How does it work?

    Promotional codes or gift cards allow you to save even more on your purchases.
